How do I get a quote or book a flower wall?
You may email or call us for a quote at any time, but most clients choose to book directly through our website. Our online system allows you to check the availability calendar, select your flower wall, choose a time slot, and complete your booking in one step.

Can I book and pay entirely online?
Yes. You can fully process your order online, including checking availability, booking your date, paying the required deposit, and paying for your flower wall during checkout.

When is payment due?
Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Dates are not held without completed payment.

What if I have special circumstances or a unique event setup?
If your event has special circumstances or needs that are not covered through standard booking options, please email  [email protected] so we can work with you directly. As long as payment is made in full before the day of the event, we are typically able to accommodate special arrangements.

How long is a flower wall rental?
Flower wall rentals are scheduled within structured time slots rather than hourly rentals. Each booking includes delivery, setup, and pickup within the selected rental window.

Do you offer hourly rentals?
No. Hourly rentals are not offered. Instead, we provide defined weekday and weekend time slots designed to cover both morning and evening events.

What are the weekday rental time slots?
Weekday rentals include four-hour rental periods scheduled within either a daytime or evening time slot.

What are the weekend rental time slots?
Weekend rentals include five-hour rental periods scheduled within either a daytime or evening time slot to allow for longer celebrations.

What is included with the rental?
Each rental includes professional delivery, setup, positioning, and scheduled pickup of the flower wall. The wall is installed clean, secure, and fully photo-ready before the event begins.

Do I need to set anything up myself?
No. All setup and breakdown is handled by our team. Clients and venues are not responsible for installation or removal.

What size are the flower walls?
Most flower walls measure approximately eight feet wide by eight feet tall. Exact dimensions are listed on each individual product page.

How much space is required for setup?
We recommend a minimum clearance of ten feet wide by eight feet tall to allow for safe installation and comfortable guest flow.

Are the flower walls freestanding?
Yes. All flower walls are fully freestanding and do not require wall mounting, ceiling attachment, or permanent fixtures.

Will the installation damage the venue?
No. We do not use adhesives, nails, screws, or materials that could damage walls, floors, or venue surfaces.

Can flower walls be used outdoors?
Outdoor use may be approved on a case-by-case basis depending on weather conditions, surface type, and wind exposure. Indoor placement is always recommended.

Do the flower walls require power?
No. Flower walls do not require power.

Do neon sign upgrades require an outlet?
No. Neon sign upgrades operate on portable battery power and do not require access to an electrical outlet.

Are you insured?
Yes. Midwest Flower Walls operates as a fully insured rental business. Certificates of Insurance are available upon request for venues, schools, and planners.

What is the damage deposit?
A refundable damage deposit of one hundred dollars is required for all rentals.

When is the damage deposit refunded?
The damage deposit is refunded within five days after the event once the flower wall has been inspected and confirmed to have no damage beyond normal wear.

What happens if the flower wall is damaged during the event?
Clients are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the damage deposit if necessary.

How much are travel fees?
Travel fees start at twenty-five dollars and are capped at one hundred dollars, depending on distance from Freeport, Illinois.

How far do you travel?
We serve Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. Travel fees are calculated based on mileage from Freeport, Illinois.

Is full payment required before the event?
Yes. All bookings must be paid in full prior to the day of the event in order for services to proceed as scheduled.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are outlined in our rental agreement and vary depending on how far in advance the event is canceled.

Do you work with schools and school districts?
Yes. We regularly work with schools for proms, graduations, and special events and are familiar with school scheduling, approval, and coordination requirements.

Do you offer venue partnerships or repeat client pricing?
Yes. Venue partnerships and repeat client opportunities may be available. Please contact us to discuss partnership options.

How do I know my date is confirmed?
Once your booking is completed and payment is processed, your date is officially reserved and confirmed.
